Protoze mi to nedalo a chtel jsem vykreslovat nejak uzivatele z qt, tak jsem patral a patral az jsem nakonec neco nalezl a zprovoznil propojeni cacti s QT v MK. Vse funguje, ale nakonec me zarazila jedna vec a to ze vlastne to vykresluje pouze stazene data formou clovek zacne stahovat od nuly a postupne narusta graf podle dat kolik stahl, diky reset counteru v qt mi to pak jede od pulnoci zase od nuly atd. atd. Je to sice ok a funguje to, ale nevyresil nekdo jak vykreslovat aktualni rychlost uzivatele do grafu? Jde to vubec? V QT jsem se dival jake oid lze sledovat a je tam pouze name, packet, bytes a jeste jedna vec, ale nikde zadna rate ((. Pokud ma nekdo nejake zkusenosti i s jinym vykreslovanim napiste prosim. CO se tyka toho meho zprovozneni je vse zde http://forums.cacti.net/about10373.html .

Myslim ze to ani nepujde, kdyz budes pozorne sledovat QT a budes to porovnavat saktualni rychlosti na interfacech tak zjistis, ze v QT je rate zobrazovanej uz jako prumer jednou za par vterin, takze ti v grafu polezou stejne nepravdivy hodnoty

Mozna by to slo, sledovat vzdy dva useky stazenych dat = na zacatku treba nula na konci prvniho useku (ktery by trval 5 minut napr.) by bylo treba 10 MB a podle toho by se vyhodnotila rychlost. Jde spis jen o to kdo by to nakonfiguroval do template.

Vypada to pekne. Zkousel jsem i zabbix, ale zatim vyhralo vzdy cacti. To co jsi poslal zkusim casem, ale na nejake masine, kde to muzu rozvrtat )

Nevím proč si tady hrajete s vmware, když si stáhnete linux OpenSUSE 10.2 tak ten má cacti už v balíčkách na internetu. Primitivně jednoduché, pak nic nebrání mít tam další věci jako rosinfo aj.

Ja se nehraju s wmvare. Jede mi vse na debianu a bez problemu, jen jsem se ptal na nazory jinych a defaultne v cacti nejsou template do mikrotiku.

Hraji si s cacti, ale jsem odchován "Drag and drop", tak v tom plavu.Zkoušel jsem různé stažené template pro MT z fora tady nebo .com, ale nevím zda jsou správné nebo zda nemusím něco nastavit ještě já.Když už je nastavím do funkcí, tak se nenačítají správné template , některé mi zas nenaběhnou do grafu vůbec a některé jedou bez problému.
Taky dotaz ? dá se cacti naučit interpunkci ?

V zásadě potřebuji kontrolovat následující :

Server / MT, řízení QT, traffic,CPU, Uptime, memory, HDD, bez wireless /

taky by mne zajímala dostupnost kontrolovaných na 1500 ICMPping
a popřípadě možnost upozornění na e-mail
Potřeboval bych zkontrolovat zda jsou template správné, zda jsou tam všechny co potřebuji, zda jsou nastaveny správně, popřípadě kde dělám chybu.

Jinak jede to na Debianu, "díky pepulis " , ze systému jsou dostupná všechny IP zařízení, která chci grafovat.


Bude-li mít někdo zkušený chu podívat se mi na to, popřípadě poradit s nastavením budu mu neskonale vděčen .
Přístupy bych hodil přes PM nebo ICQ.

Pokud je všechno co chceš grafovat na MK (Mikrotik) Tak to není moc problém. Na Mikrotik jsem si vtvořil svoje šablony, protože ty co se daji stáhnout mi buï nefungovali, nebo nevyhovovali.
Grafuju si teda pouze, traffic, uptime, CPU a signály klientu. Lze toho samozřejmě víc.
Jen vědět OID čísla a jsi celkem za vodou. V MK jsou na to příkazy, který ti v kozoli vyjedou OID čísla.
V Cacti jsem začínal od luny cca tak před třema měsícema. Ze začátků bylo dost zádrhelů, ale když to pak člověk pochopí, tak je to OK.

Zjisti si přes program GetIf jestli ti ten MK fakt pouští nějaký data z SNMP.
Ze začátku mi to taky někde neběželo i když to bylo zapnutý v MK Enable. Pak jsem to několikrát vypnul a zapnul a už to jelo. Ale přes ten GetIf jsem si to ověřoval. Pak je ještě STG, kterým si můžeš ověřit aktualní průtok dat přes jednotlivý interface.

Ten GetIf je dobrej i v tom, že ti pomůže najít i jednotlivý OID čísla který se ti můžou hodit.

ozivuju tohle tema a mam pra dotazu ohledne Cacti, resp CactiEZ na CentOS.

1) vznikl pozadavek na monitoring portu na switchich z duvodu stanoveni trafficu mezi uzivateli. zajima me, zda v Cacti jde udelat agregovanej graf vsech portu na switchi, ale s vyjimkou treba paterniho trunku. jde mi de-fakto o to, abych mohl udelat jeden graf na provoz over switch BEZ patere a druhej DO patere.

2) monitoruju nekdo z vas Cisco masiny? nemyslim obecny veci jako cpu, ram, hdd, ale ruzny vychytavky jako: ipsec, packety, nat spojeni atd

3) jak vykonna musi bejt masina na ktery to jede z hlediska CPU, RAM, HDD?

V dokumentaci jsem našel návod jak se toho zbavit, jenže mi to vůbec nepomohlo. Používám XAMPP, nevíte někdo kde je problém?
