Problem s upgrade RB112

Zdravim, mam nasledujuci problem...
chcem nahdar do RB112 firmware cez netinstall, ale nechce mi to ist
(
(na inych RB mi tento postup fungoval)
pri boote standartne nastavim boot options na Ethernet, a v netinstall nastavim Net booting, ale cez hyperterminal vidim nasledujucu hlasku...
a dalej sa nepohnem, vie mi s tym niekto pomoct, alebo aspon povedat ako ozivim toho smejda? diky
